International Courtship of Hamas Shows that Terror Pays

(Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs) Lt. Col. (ret.) Jonathan D. Halevi - Hamas has the same ideological outlook as the Islamic State; it, too, aims for the creation of a global Islamic caliphate.
