(Wall Street Journal) Dahlia Kholaif - Egypt's top prosecutor, Hisham Barakat, was assassinated by a bomb that exploded near his motorcade on Monday in Cairo. The government blamed the Muslim Brotherhood for the attack. Barakat oversaw a number of high-profile cases against officials of the Muslim Brotherhood including deposed President Mohammed Morsi.
