(Asharq Al-Awsat-UK) Nasser Al-Haqbani - Iran has been coordinating with al-Qaeda and its affiliates since 2007 to carry out terror attacks against U.S. targets in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, informed sources have told Asharq Al-Awsat. Saudi citizen Saleh Al-Qarawi, founder of the Abdullah Al-Azzam Brigades, is the main al-Qaeda figure coordinating operations from inside Iran.
