[Xinhua-China] Mu Xuequan - The PA has received $130 million in January, including tax revenues of $100 million transferred by Israel on Jan. 19 and a $30 million donation from the United Arab Emirates, Rafik al-Hussini, chief of Abbas' office, said Saturday. He also said Qatar has promised $220 million.
