[BBC News] Muhammad Salum, 40, who was severely burned, blinded and lost a leg when a Hizbullah rocket struck his home in the northern Israeli city of Haifa during the 2006 Lebanon war last August, has died from his wounds. He was the 40th civilian fatality of the war on the Israeli side.
