[Jerusalem Post] Israel should completely cut off all water and electricity supplies to Gaza, Maj.-Gen. (res.) Giora Eiland, former head of the National Security Council, told Israel Radio Monday. He said the Hamas government was the first government that considered itself responsible for what transpired in Gaza, which was why such sanctions could be effective.
