(Business Week) Peter Coy - Israeli Arabs, women in particular, have made huge strides over the past decade at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Arabs accounted for 21% of undergraduates at the Technion in 2014, which is the same as their share of the population of Israel. Of those students, 48% are female.
