Eleven Israelis Killed in Palestinian Terrorist Attacks in Past Month

(Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center) During the past month Palestinian terrorist attacks killed eleven Israelis, more than all those killed in terrorist attacks during the past two years. The terrorists who carried out the Jerusalem synagogue attack were Ghassan Abu Jaml, 27, and Uday Abu Jaml, 22, of east Jerusalem. The cousins were related to Jamal Abu Jaml, an operative of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), who was released from prison as part of the third phase of recent prisoner releases and detained again on Nov. 6, 2014. The Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the PFLP's military-terrorist wing, issued a statement stressing that the two terrorists belonged to its ranks - a claim it withdrew several hours later.
