(Times of Israel) A mosque burning Tuesday in al-Mughayir near Ramallah in the West Bank may not have been the work of Jews, Israeli police assessed Wednesday. According to a police source, the incident occurred in the center of the village, unlike previous extremist attacks. Moreover, no graffiti was found at the scene, contradicting earlier Palestinian news reports. Palestinian authorities refused to allow Israeli police to enter the village to conduct a wide-scale investigation.
