(JTA) Kevin Vickers, the Canadian Parliament's sergeant-at-arms who shot a gunman inside the Parliament building last month, is in Israel for a security conference and will be honored by Israel's Knesset. Vickers, 58, a former Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer, shot and killed Abdullah Zehaf-Bibeau in Parliament in Ottawa on Oct. 22.
