(Times of Israel) Debra Kamin - Steven Sotloff came to Israel in 2008 to pursue his undergraduate degree at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya. On Wednesday, the Foreign Ministry confirmed that he held Israeli citizenship. After graduation, Sotloff began his freelance journalism career, filing stories for both the Jerusalem Post and Jerusalem Report.
