UN Human Rights Council Votes to Probe War Crimes in Gaza

(New York Times) Nick Cumming-Bruce - The UN Human Rights Council voted to establish an inquiry into human rights violations in Gaza and the West Bank at a special session on Wednesday. 29 members voted for the resolution, 17 abstained, and only the U.S. voted against. American Ambassador Keith M. Harper said the inquiry created by the council was a "biased and political instrument."
