Miller - American and Iranian diplomats met briefly Monday in Geneva on the margins of the ongoing nuclear negotiations to discuss the ongoing crisis in Iraq, according to a senior U.S. State Department official. "These engagements will not include military coordination or strategic determinations about Iraq's future over the heads of the Iraqi people," the official said. "We will discuss how [ISIS] threatens many countries in the region, including Iran."
