No Country Has Committed to Sending Troops to Lebanon

[Washington Post] Colum Lynch - Four days after the Security Council authorized 15,000 UN peacekeepers for Lebanon, not one country has formally committed to sending troops. Jean-Marie Guehenno, a French national who heads the UN peacekeeping department, said Tuesday that while UN peacekeepers are authorized to use force, they "are not going to forcibly disarm Hizballah."
