(Jerusalem Post) Yonah Jeremy Bob - 49 teams from 35 countries took part in a competitive International Criminal Court contest at The Hague. A team of four Hebrew University students finished second. All of the top three finishers, India, Israel and China, are countries that have not joined the ICC.
