(Jerusalem Post) Yaakov Lappin - The Israel Security Agency arrested Murad Hassan Ali-Hassin, a resident of the West Bank town of Kabatia, who confessed to plotting to kidnap an Israeli in the village of Avtalion in northern Israel last month. He is affiliated with Islamic Jihad and had been jailed in the past. "On April 19, 2014, he attempted to enter a house in Avtalion, near Karmiel, armed with a knife, in order to kidnap one of the home's residents, for the purpose of negotiating the release of Palestinian prisoners.
