(Wall Street Journal) Benoit Faucon - As sanctions restricting the country's trade with the West ease, the National Iranian Tanker Co. has made contact with European oil and shipping companies to resume business with them, its managing director, Ali Akbar Safaei, told the Wall Street Journal this week. "We have decided to expand our fleet" for transporting oil, liquefied natural gas and petrochemicals, Safaei said.
