(Israel Defense Forces Blog) The IDF Tuesday successfully targeted terrorist operative Ahmad Za'anin, a key Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine member in Gaza, who was involved in launching rockets during the funeral of former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon on January 15. Za'anin was planning further attacks on Israeli civilians in the coming days.
