(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon and Khaled Abu Toameh - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will present a framework paper by the end of the month that will serve as a basis for further negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, Palestinian sources said on Saturday. The sources told the London-based Al-Hayat that the Palestinians were opposed to the U.S. plan.
