(Jerusalem Post) The Palestinian Authority doled out handsome payments and monthly stipends to the convicted terrorists who were freed as part of Israeli peace gestures toward Ramallah. Israel Radio reported on Monday that each of the freed Palestinians received a $50,000 payment from the Ramallah government. In addition, they are also given a monthly stipend that ranges from $2,200 to $4,000.
