Kerry: Major Powers Agreed on Iran Nuclear Deal But Tehran Did Not Accept It

(AP-Fox News) U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told reporters in Abu Dhabi on Monday that the major powers were unified on an Iran nuclear deal during talks in Geneva but the Iranians were unable to accept it. Kerry said: "The French signed off on it, we signed off on it." But Iran wasn't able to accept the deal "at that particular moment."
