(Globes) Ran Dagoni - Israel and Texas signed a three-year, $500,000 a year, agricultural R&D cooperation agreement, with each contributing half the sum to finance 2-3 agricultural research projects a year. Large parts of Texas are arid, and many projects will probably be devoted to irrigation.
