Inspectors Find Iraqi Mustard Gas

(Boston.com/AP) Last week UN arms monitors found a dozen artillery shells still filled with mustard gas. The shells were in the UN inspectors' inventory of the 1990s, but somehow were not destroyed. Hans Blix, the chief UN inspector, said: ''They had been declared before.''
