Israel Requests $8-10 Billion Aid and Guarantees from U.S.

(Globes) Zeev Klein - Israel has submitted an official request for $8-10 billion in economic aid from the U.S. in the form of a special grant and U.S. guarantees for Israel government loans on overseas markets. Ministry of Finance Director General Ohad Marani, who is currently in the U.S., told IDF Radio, "The U.S. administration is willing in principle help Israel economically. We are considering several possibilities."
