(Ha'aretz) - Israel and India signed an agreement last week to cooperate on space research. The Indian Space Research Organization has one of the most advanced space programs in the world, with an annual budget of half a billion dollars. Israel has proposed to equip an Indian communications satellite with an Israeli telescope.
