(MSNBC/AP) - "Al Qaeda relies on a steady stream of contributions" from a worldwide network of individuals and charities, including some in the U.S., according to an unclassified CIA report. The report also notes that al Qaeda and other Sunni extremists are improving their ability to conduct cyberattacks on infrastructure that relies on electronic or computer systems.
