(New York Times) - The French government said tonight that the explosion that crippled a French supertanker in Yemen on Sunday was most likely caused by a terrorist attack. A team of French, American, and Yemeni technical experts examined a hole in the side of the tanker and decided that the damage probably was caused by an external blast that drove a hole inward.
