(Reuters) - Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres arrived on Tuesday in Mauritania, a rare ally of Israel among Arab countries. Mauritania became the third Arab League country after Egypt and Jordan to establish full diplomatic relations with Israel in 1999.
