(Israel Hayom) Shlomo Cesana - The first working meeting of the Israeli and Palestinian negotiating teams will take place in the second week of August, after the end of Ramadan. The talks will alternate between Jerusalem and Ramallah. The head of the Israeli negotiating team, Justice Minister Tzipi Livni, said on Wednesday that agreement had been reached on how the negotiations would be run.
