Saddam's paramount aim is to survive, and if faced with tough "comply or die" inspections, he might choose his life over his Scuds. Corey Hinderstein and David Albright of the Institute for Science and International Security suggest that Iraqi weapons scientists and their entire families be taken out of Iraq and interviewed where they would be beyond retaliation.
