(Ha'aretz) Ze'ev Schiff - There are a number of conclusions that Israel can draw following the address by President Bush: The first is that Israel must hurry its preparations, in all relevant areas, for a possible regional war that may include it as a target. The second is that preparations must also include the possibility that extremist organizations, such as Hizballah in Lebanon, will take advantage of the outbreak of war in order to attack Israel.
