(Sky News) - Libyan leader Colonel Gadaffi is to head an international watchdog on human rights as Libya begins a one-year term next March as chair of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights. Libyan terrorists were responsible for the 1988 Lockerbie bombing which killed 270 people.
