(New York Times) - How far Prime Minister Sharon can go may be determined by what President Bush tells him in a meeting scheduled for Monday in Washington. Under pressure from Arab leaders, Bush is unlikely to give the green light to act against Arafat directly. But as one Israeli analyst said, Israel's actions and Arafat's future may depend "on how red the red light is."
