(Evening Standard-UK) Pippa Crerar - Mayor Boris Johnson asked Transport for London (TfL) to rewrite its contract for the Thames cable car after it emerged that the deal with the Dubai-owned Emirates airline prevents TfL from entering into contracts on the cable car with Israeli-owned or backed businesses. Johnson intervened last week to ask TfL to remove the offending clauses, which will be rewritten.
