(Ha'aretz) - West Bank Fatah movement leader Marwan Barghouti, arrested on April 15, admitted to Shin Bet security service interrogators that he helped plan terror attacks on Israeli civilians, using funds from Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat and arms from PA weapons storage facilities.
