(Ha'aretz) Yoav Stern and Amos Harel - Palestinian organizations have rejected an Egyptian proposal aimed at forging a one-year cease-fire between Israel and the Palestinians. Cease-fire talks will continue next Monday when Egypt's Foreign Minister Ahmed Maher visits Israel.
