(CBC News-Canada) A man and a woman have been charged in an alleged al-Qaeda-inspired plot to place pressure cooker bombs at the provincial legislature in Victoria, British Columbia, during crowded Canada Day celebrations. Police said the two Canadian-born citizens were "inspired by al-Qaeda ideology."
