(AP) Edith M. Lederer - Britain and the U.S. have notified the UN of 10 different incidents of chemical weapons use by the Syrian government, a UN diplomat said Wednesday. He added that the Americans and British have found no evidence that the opposition possesses or has used chemical weapons.
