(Ha'aretz) Daphna Berman - The World Sephardi Congress took place this week in Jerusalem, attracting 80 delegates from the diaspora and 80 Israelis. Participants arrived from North America, Latin America, Western Europe, the Balkans, India, and Turkey to attend the third such congress, held once every ten years.
