(Ha'aretz) - A car explosion in the Balata refugee camp near the West Bank city of Nablus killed three Palestinians including a Hamas activist Wednesday. Palestinian and Israeli officials said that the three were carrying explosives that detonated accidentally, in what is referred to as a "work accident."
