(Ha'aretz) Amnon Barzilai - An agreement on cooperation in the production of Phalcon early-warning aircraft for the Indian Air Force will be signed Friday in New Delhi between India, Russia, and Israel. The value of the deal is estimated at $1 billion and involves the incorporation of Israeli radar technology into Russian-made transport aircraft.
