(Channel News Asia-Singapore) Scientists in Israel have developed a high-tech device that they hope will eliminate the fruit fly, believed responsible for billions of dollars in damaged crops and plants worldwide. The device lures female fruit flies to a death trap by mimicking the chant of amorous male fruit flies.
