(AP/ABC News) - Secretary of State Colin Powell said Thursday, "We have identified some problems" with the construction of an Israeli security fence and the administration will keep talking to Israel about them until there is a solution. Powell said there is a problem when the fence "starts to intrude in a way that makes it more difficult for us to make the case for a viable Palestinian state or starts to cut off certain towns or villages."
