(AFP/SpaceWar) - Israel is taking an "enormous risk" by allowing thousands of Palestinians to cross into Israel and lifting several major West Bank checkpoints, a senior military source said Sunday. He said the new measures would allow a Palestinian civilian to travel from Hebron in the south to Jenin in the northern West Bank in "four to six hours."
