(Times of Israel) Israel is speeding up its development of the Arrow 3 long-range missile interception system, Col. Aviram Hasson, who heads the project, told the Institute for National Security Studies in Tel Aviv on Monday. The Arrow 3 would be able to target incoming nuclear or conventional missiles at a high altitude, which would minimize the threat of fallout.
