(Ha'aretz) - Arnon Regular and Aluf Benn A dispute over the timing of the next meeting between Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas indicates a power conflict within the Palestinian leadership, a member of the PLO executive said. He explained that this was Arafat's way of telling the U.S., Israel, and Abbas that Arafat makes the decisions over negotiations with Israel.
