(Jerusalem Post) - Khaled Abu Toameh Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, an Egyptian who serves as the dean of Islamic Studies at the University of Qatar, has issued a fatwa permitting women to carry out suicide attacks, in response to last week's bombing in Afula which was carried out by a 19-year-old female student.
