(AP) Matthew Lee and Don Melvin - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry urged NATO on Tuesday to prepare for the possible use of chemical weapons by Syria. NATO officials say, however, there is virtually no chance the alliance will intervene in Syria's civil war.
