Militants in Iraqi Enclave Tied to al Qaeda Likely to Be Target of War

(Washington Post) Karl Vick - The Halabja Valley, an enclave just inside Iraq and close to the mountainous border with Iran, has been taken over by radical Islamic Kurds, the Ansar al-Islam, who field an estimated 900 fighters, including some 100 Arab extremists who arrived last year from Afghanistan.
