(AFP-Defense News) Germany is in talks with Israel to buy weaponized drones for its military that are seen as more technologically advanced than U.S. ones, Der Spiegel reported. Berlin was believed to favor Israel's Heron TP drone over the U.S.-made Predator because it was seen as more cutting-edge.
